Using the Services as a Vendor (Service Provider)
Once registered as a vendor, follow these steps to start offering your services:
- Set Up Your Vendor Profile
- Go to Profile Settings and complete your business details (service category, add portfolio, etc.).
- Upload high-quality images or videos showcasing your work.
- Join or Create a Group
- Search for a relevant group using the format [City – Service] (e.g., “Jakarta – Makeup Artist”).
- If no group exists, create one and invite fellow vendors to join.
- Post & Promote Your Services
- Regularly post about your services, including before-and-after photos, behind-the-scenes videos, or testimonials from past clients.
- Engage with potential clients by responding to inquiries professionally.
- Receive & Manage Bookings
- Clients will contact you through the platform. Ensure prompt responses and clear communication.
- Confirm bookings and discuss details such as pricing, availability, and service scope.
- Deliver the Service
- Fulfill the service as per the agreement with the client.
- Maintain professionalism to encourage positive reviews and repeat business.
- Receive Reviews & Grow Your Business
- After completing a job, encourage clients to leave reviews.
- Engage with feedback to improve your service and attract more customers.
